Davina Pastrama
Founding Minister, President and Chairwoman
Davina is an ordained minister, founding member and president for the faith based organization of Allin Kawsay Ministries. As a Doula for birth, life and death, Davina supports the authentic wellness paths of individuals through nutritional and lifestyle coaching as a practitioner of Wholistic Nutrition with a foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Davina feels her purpose in this lifetime is to simply remind folks of their own innate ability to give birth with confidence, nourish themselves and their families with a balanced lifestyle and how to transition into spirit with peace and grace.
She is the mother of two boys, living with her partner of over 30 years and homesteading their family on the Big Island of Hawaii while holding regular ceremony work and practicing her wellness arts with clients worldwide.
With diligent study and practice through the tutelage of Doña Cristina Mendoza, the matriarchal lineage holder of Don Solón Tello, Davina brings nearly 20 years experience with this work, including travel to Peru, organizing and supporting groups and other facilitators. In 2019, Cristina asked Davina to begin holding her own circles.
Over the course of this time, Davina continues to learn and feels incredibly blessed to carry this important work with the utmost integrity and respect. Her ceremony style is a blend of Shipibo, Quechua and Mestizo.
Tony Pastrama
Vice President, Treasurer & Director
Tony resides on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, where he has been homesteading with Davina for the past decade in the sacred Ola'a ʻōhiʻa forest where Allin Kawsay was first formed.
Grounded in both practical leadership and a deep connection to the land where this work began, Tony’s role supports the board and leadership team in strengthening the organizational and financial foundation of Allin Kawsay while continuing to nurture the vision and spirit of the ministry.
Clark Nesselrodt
Clark helps guide the operational and organizational development of the ministry as it grows. In this role, he supports the board and leadership team in building the systems, policies and structures that allow the work of Allin Kawsay to be held with integrity, care and long-term sustainability.
Vice President of Ministry Operations
After a two-decade career in marketing leadership and organizational strategy, Clark felt called to transition from the corporate world toward the stewardship of spiritual mission and community-centered organizations. Just as plants rely on reciprocity for their care and tending, Clark is passionate about honoring our master plant teachers by helping create the earthly structures that allow their healing wisdom to be stewarded in a good way.
Steven Girmant
Alongside nearly 50 years of experience in the music industry, leading touring operations for some of our world’s most beloved musicians, Steven Girmant has walked a steady and intentional path connecting to Spirit and nature through plant spirit teachers. He is a devoted steward of the land, advocate for indigenous rights and a wellspring of wisdom, care and friendship to all he meets.

Nick Naselli
Nick Naselli has been walking a deepening path with the plants for several years, rooted in reverence for nature and living in harmony with the Earth. Now building his own homestead on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, his passion for sustainable living also led him to build a business in aquaponics. His path reflects a commitment to living with intention, reciprocity and respect for the natural world.

Drawing on her background in executive support and organizational psychology, alongside devotion to natural reconnection and plant medicine, Allie joins the Allin Kawsay team to support behind-the-scenes organizational pieces that allow this sacred work to unfold with care and intention.

In Memorium - Lynne Whitesides (1952 - 2025)
Lynne Whitesides was a beloved medicine woman, spiritual guide and founding director of Allin Kawsay Ministries. For more than two decades, she walked closely with our lineage holder, Maestra Cristina Mendoza, carrying the wisdom of sacred plant medicines while helping countless people reconnect with healing, purpose and the Divine.
Blending a lifetime of spiritual devotion with decades of work in Jungian psychology and transformational coaching, Lynne embodied a rare depth of wisdom, compassion and integrity.
Though she passed from this world in 2025, her teachings, prayers and example continue to shape our ministry in profound ways.
We honor her as one of our founding members and remain deeply committed to carrying forward the love, reverence and sacred service that defined her extraordinary life.
